Remote Raven is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to keep operations tight for fast-paced restoration projects. This is a fully remote role reporting to the operations team and supporting field crews across multiple active jobs with meticulous data and proactive communication.

You will manage job tracking in the company system, Excel spreadsheets, and client communications by phone and email. Strong English, speed, accuracy, and a self-starter mindset are essential to keep schedules

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience in construction/restoration or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: multi-sheet workbooks, lookups, conditional formatting.
• Full MS Office proficiency: Word, Outlook, Teams daily workflow.
• Experience using job management or project tracking software with fast adoption.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Speed and accuracy together with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter who acts without waiting for direction.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and track multiple active restoration/construction jobs in the system and Excel.
• Keep data current and accurate for a reliable operations backbone.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and push for timely action.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field crews to hit milestones.
• Make outbound calls and manage client communications for updates.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally with urgency and clarity.
