Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Communications Coordinator to align leadership, office staff, and field crews in clear internal communications. This role emphasizes formatting, tone, and a disciplined communications calendar, not public marketing.

You will own the SharePoint intranet, draft announcements for leadership, coordinate field updates, and create mobile-friendly, plain-language messages across nine brands. Proficiency with Adobe CC and AI tools is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in internal communications, marketing, or content coordination
• Experience writing for a professional audience—announcements, policy communications, or updates
• Experience managing a content calendar, intranet platform, or internal knowledge base preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Experience using SharePoint for intranet or document management is a strong plus
• Exposure to field communication platforms such as Connecteam or Beekeeper is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own SharePoint intranet management: maintain structure, keep content current, ensure findability
• Draft, format, and send company-wide announcements for leadership
• Coordinate field team notifications via Connecteam or Beekeeper
• Format announcements using Adobe CC for professional standard
• Manage a communications calendar and plan recurring and one-time announcements
