You will oversee IT systems, Zoho administration, website development, AI tools, and cyber security while ensuring HIPAA-compliant operations.

The role covers RingCentral, eCW access, and vendor coordination in a fully remote setting. Strong independence and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT systems administration or related role.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript and website hosting knowledge.
• Experience with Zoho applications and RingCentral or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer IT systems, accounts, and security controls.
• Manage Zoho suite, forms, templates, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain company website using HTML, CSS, JS.
• Support AI tools and workflow automation.
• Oversee cybersecurity, backups, and incident response.
• Manage RingCentral configurations and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support healthcare systems like eCW and insurance portals.
• Monitor social media presence and vendor accounts.
• Vendor accounts and subscription management.
