Remote Raven is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an 80% focus on sourcing and 20% on Recruiting Operations. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and job fairs, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding and HRIS records for new hires in a fully remote setup.

As the portfolio liaison across six entities, you will ensure hiring momentum, document decisions, and keep senior leadership updated.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across channels (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, job fairs).
• Conduct candidate interviews and document notes promptly in a centralized location.
• Extend offer letters, coordinate background checks and I-9/E-Verify, and create HRIS records.
