• Process referrals into EMR and schedule clinicians by discipline and availability.
• Verify home health insurance authorizations.
• Review and process physician orders; fax orders to physicians.
• Upload and maintain documentation and orders in EMR.
• Manage intake workflow from referral to admission and scheduling.
