ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler with QA experience to coordinate caregiver schedules for a US-based client. You will manage shifts, handle changes, and communicate with caregivers and clients to ensure reliable care delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role
• Experience in scheduling is a plus, healthcare/home care experience is beneficial
• Calm under pressure and well organized
• Enjoys solving problems on the fly
• Comfortable with software systems and remote communication
• Strong stakeholder relationships and reliability
• Proactive, yet a team player
• Willing to work US time-zone schedule
• Can secure required tech setup (webcam, fast internet, backup devices)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations and clock-ins
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using VoIP system
• Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided)
• Collaborate with ops to keep staffing smooth
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
• Generate weekly reports for leadership
