Job summary

ClearDesk is hiring a Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules for a US-based client from a remote setting. You’ll fill shifts, communicate changes, and keep both caregivers and clients informed with calm, organized support.

This role emphasizes reliability, problem solving, and proactive scheduling in a fast-paced home care environment. You’ll work US time zones, with setup requirements and training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Scheduling experience; healthcare/home care experience is a plus.
• Calm under pressure and highly organized.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Familiar with software systems and remote communication.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver doesn’t clock in.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided).
• Work with the ops team to flag issues and maintain staffing.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership in the loop.
