ClearDesk is hiring a Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules for a US-based client from a remote position. You’ll handle shift changes, communicate with caregivers and clients, and generate reports in a fast-paced home care setting.

The role requires at least 1 year experience in BPO or VA, scheduling experience (healthcare/home care a plus), and comfort with software and remote communication. We offer remote-first work, prepaid HMO, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Experience in scheduling, healthcare or home care is a plus.
• Calm under pressure and well organized.
• Strong problem-solving and quick thinking ability.
• Comfortable with software systems and remote communication.
• Able to build relationships with stakeholders and be reliable.
• Shows initiative and teamwork.
• Willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
• Can secure required technical setup: webcam, internet, and backup devices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations; clock-ins when needed.
• Answer client and caregiver calls using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky; training provided.
• Collaborate with ops to flag issues and maintain staffing flow.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
