SmartScale360 Careers is seeking a Home Care Scheduler (Remote) to support our U.S.-based home care clients by managing caregiver schedules, filling open shifts, and ensuring uninterrupted patient care.

This role requires 1+ year in healthcare scheduling, strong English, and experience with scheduling software. Work from home on U.S. business hours with access to PTO and benefits. Salary is PHP 40,000/month with 10 days PTO and healthcare benefits.

Qualificações

1+ year in healthcare scheduling or related roles.
Experience supporting U.S. healthcare or staffing.
Experience coordinating caregiver schedules and replacements.
Strong spoken and written English.
Experience using scheduling software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate caregiver schedules to maintain patient coverage.
Monitor attendance, call-offs, and schedule changes.
Fill open shifts and coordinate caregiver replacements.
Communicate scheduling updates with caregivers, patients, clients, and internal teams.
Maintain scheduling records and workforce data.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and staffing issues.
Track staffing and attendance and support daily operations.
