Job summary

ClearDesk is hiring a Remote Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules for a US-based client. You will manage shifts, respond rapidly to changes, and liaise with clients and caregivers to ensure smooth operations from your home office.

You will work within a remote-first team, leveraging WellSky and VoIP to maintain accurate records and timely communications. Prior experience in scheduling and healthcare is a plus, with a strong emphasis on organization and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Scheduling experience is preferred, bonus for healthcare or home care familiarity.
• Calm under pressure and highly organized.
• Enjoy solving problems on the fly.
• Comfortable with software systems and remote communication.
• Established relationships with stakeholders; reliable partner to teams.
• Proactive and collaborative, with team-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
• Must secure technical setup: webcam, fast internet, backup devices, and capable computers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations or no-shows.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers via VoIP.
• Update records in WellSky and other systems.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain staffing stability.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
