Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules for a US-based client from a remote Philippines team. You will manage shifts, handle cancellations, and communicate with clients and caregivers to keep operations calm and efficient.

Ideal candidates are experienced in scheduling, with healthcare familiarity, and comfortable using WellSky and VoIP systems. You’ll work in a remote-first environment with training and growth opportunities, supporting seniors in their homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Calm under pressure and highly organized.
• Able to work with software systems and communicate remotely.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to cancellations and schedule changes.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers via VoIP.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky with training provided.
• Flag issues with ops to keep staffing smooth and reliable.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
