ClearDesk is hiring a Home Care Scheduler to maintain caregiver schedules for a U.S.-based client from a remote setting. You will coordinate shifts, handle rescheduling, and stay in close contact with caregivers and clients to ensure reliable, compassionate home care.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in healthcare or home care is preferred.
• Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly when someone cancels a shift or doesn’t clock in.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky; training provided.
• Work with the ops team to flag issues and keep staffing smooth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership in the loop.
