Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver rosters organized for a US-based client, working remotely from the Philippines. This role focuses on proactive scheduling, fast communication, and ensuring coverage when shifts are canceled or caregivers are unavailable.

You’ll coordinate with the operations team, update records in WellSky, and provide support duties including light recruitment tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Scheduling experience preferred; healthcare/home care background is a bonus.
• Calm under pressure and organized; able to work in US time zones.
• Proficient with software systems and remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver misses clock-in.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided).
• Coordinate with the ops team to flag issues and keep staffing smooth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
