Job summary

ClearDesk, a remote-first company, is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to manage caregiver schedules for a US-based client. You will coordinate shifts, replacements, and communications to ensure consistent, compassionate care for seniors, while keeping clients and caregivers informed and supported.

You will also assist with admin tasks and light recruitment, contributing to a calm, organized operations flow and a meaningful impact on families relying on home care services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Experience with scheduling in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Comfortable with software systems and remote communication.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Willing to work in a US time zone schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to last-minute cancellations and schedule gaps.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky with training provided.
• Coordinate with the ops team to keep staffing smooth and issues flagged.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
