Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler (Team Lead Experience) to keep caregiver and client schedules running smoothly from a remote location. You will coordinate shifts, handle last-minute changes, and support a U.S.-based home care client with operations and admin tasks.

You’ll work with WellSky, respond to calls via VoIP, and maintain calm, organized communication with caregivers and clients while delivering reliable, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Scheduling experience, healthcare or home care experience is a bonus.
• Able to work in a US time zone schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver doesn’t clock in.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided).
• Work with the operations team to flag issues and ensure staffing stays smooth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
