Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver rosters running for a US-based client from a remote location in the Philippines. You will coordinate shifts, handle last-minute changes, and communicate with caregivers to ensure reliable, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Scheduling experience preferred; ability to manage shifts and adapt quickly.
• Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using software systems and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on a US time zone schedule.

Responsibilities

• Track caregiver schedules and attendance, adjust shifts in real time, and communicate changes to caregivers.
• Maintain and update schedules in ERSP to ensure payroll accuracy and billing.
• Coordinate with operations across regions to balance shifts and ensure full coverage.
• Support caregiver retention through accurate scheduling and accountability.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers via phone and VoIP; uphold expectations.
• Assist management in EVV processes and overall scheduling efficiency.
