Cotiviti is seeking a dedicated customer service associate to manage record retrieval for healthcare providers. You will contact offices, coordinate retrieval methods, and maintain ongoing communication with clients across multiple geographies.

The role requires strong English communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote team, with familiarity of HIPAA rules and MS Office tools.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience as a customer service associate in a voice program.
• Outbound/collections or sales experience is preferred in US healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree holder, college undergrad with 2+ years, or SHS graduate.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Contact healthcare provider offices to request copies of medical records.
• Identify and coordinate method for record retrieval with provider offices.
• Maintain professional and frequent contact with provider offices throughout the record retrieval.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on retrieval status to Cotiviti clients.
• Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
