Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain clinical documentation, reviewing notes for completeness and accuracy.
• Support assessments and clinical workflows, pre-filling demographics and coordinating medication refills.
• Assist in billing and invoicing by reviewing service documentation and preparing invoices.
• Maintain accurate healthcare records in secure platforms while protecting patient information.
• Support compliance and quality processes through documentation reviews and audits.
• Help improve daily operations by identifying gaps and improving workflows.
• Provide general administrative support to help providers and teams stay organized.
