Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact healthcare provider offices to request copies of medical records.
• Coordinate method for record retrieval with provider offices.
• Maintain professional, frequent contact with provider offices during retrieval.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on retrieval status to Cotiviti clients.
• Complete responsibilities outlined in annual Performance Plan and any special projects.
