Qualificações

• 1+ years in medical record retrieval, medical billing, or related field.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Submit record requests via email and fax using retrieval platform.
• Identify accurate contact details for providers and facilities.
• Follow up with facilities to confirm receipt and resolve delays.
• Review incoming records for accuracy and completeness.
• Log outreach and results in the system.
• Coordinate with legal, clinical and operations teams.
• Suggest workflow improvements.
