Job summary

Terrapeak Group is expanding into the Philippine market and seeks a Business Growth Partner to lead new business development from a 100% remote role. You will connect with new clients, build trust, and close deals across AI, consulting, and training services.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in B2B sales, strong English and Tagalog communication, and a drive to win in a commission-only environment. Flexible meetings and startup mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

Proven B2B sales experience (1–3+ years) with SMEs or SaaS.
Excellent communication and presentation in English and Filipino.
Self-motivated, independent, results-driven in a remote, commission-only setup.

Responsibilities

Identify and pitch to potential clients.
Meetings virtually or in person as preferred.
Present Terrapeak’s value with professionalism.
Close deals and meet targets, esp. AI and training.
Collaborate with founders to grow Terrapeak in PH.
Earn 25% commission on each sale with no cap.
Commission paid per signed client contract.
Bonus after signing first 5 clients.
Path to permanent contract after sales thresholds.
Access to sales training and materials.
