Job summary

GAHL Media is seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist to own the front end of the sales process in a fully remote role across the Philippines. You will identify potential clients, start conversations, qualify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals with support from the CEO.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in B2B or service sales, excellent English and Taglish, and a proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• B2B or service-based sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business clients.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prospect through social channels and email outreach.
• Initiate conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and understand client challenges.
• Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations.
• Recommend GAHL solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare and send proposals and quotations.
• Close deals and follow up with clients.
