Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will own end-to-end sales, engage senior and C-level stakeholders, manage long cycles, and position AI-powered SaaS solutions to client needs.

The role offers remote work with occasional on-site client meetings and close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; Tier 1 universities preferred.
• 7–12 years in B2B sales or business development, enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Proven experience managing 6+ month enterprise sales cycles and USD 100k+ deals.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Willing to travel for on-site client meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders and understand their business requirements.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales strategies.
• Position AI-powered SaaS and enterprise technology solutions based on client challenges and commercial objectives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with CRM updates and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure sales execution.
