Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience across business operations, executive support, business development, customer success, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leaders, founders, executives, physicians, or business owners.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage several responsibilities simultaneously in a startup or rapidly changing environment.
• Experience solving problems independently without waiting for detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute practical strategies for attracting new physician and clinic partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to reach physicians, practice owners, office managers, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Support organic marketing and local-market growth initiatives.
• Help develop physician-facing messaging, success stories, testimonials, and other materials that strengthen Pillar's value proposition.
• Research new channels, tools, partnerships, and approaches for increasing qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective physician partners and explain Pillar's services confidently.
• Coordinate with dietitians, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth partner experience.
• Monitor feedback from physicians and patients and take appropriate action.
• Prepare and drive executive-level updates and maintain transparent communication.
