Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and messages from clients.
• Appointment setting and inbound lead conversion via CRM (texting/calling).
• Manage and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Provide basic information (location, hours) to clients.
• Escalate questions you cannot answer to the MedSpa owner.
