Job summary

Moxie Inc. is seeking a Virtual Front Desk Representative (PH) to support a portfolio of MedSpas remotely. You will manage client communications, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth front-desk operations so nurses can focus on patient care.

You will work with a remote-first team, handle inquiries in English, and coordinate with spa owners as needed to deliver exceptional service across multiple practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Background in healthcare industry or related field.
• Experience in sales with lead conversion abilities.
• Availability to work during US hours and follow US holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a neutral accent.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and messages for 4–5 MedSpa clients.
• Appointment setting by calling/texting via CRM.
• Manage appointments including rescheduling.
• Answer basic questions (location, hours, etc.).
• Escalate questions you cannot answer to the MedSpa owner.
