Qualifications

• Must have strong spoken English and natural phone presence.
• Proven experience in US-based B2B outbound sales or appointment setting.
• Hands-on cold calling and multi-channel follow-up (phone, email, text, DM).
• Skilled at lead qualification, not just high-volume dialing.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Comfortable delivering presentations or demos to prospects.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication with persistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients in med spa and aesthetics.
• Follow up with leads across phone, email, text, and DM to maintain engagement.
• Qualify leads based on criteria and prioritize genuine fit.
• Deliver live demos using a slide deck in a natural, personable manner.
• Log all lead activity and next steps in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Maintain a steady outreach cadence without being pushy or robotic.
• Build rapport and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
