vamasters, Inc. is seeking a driven Freight Sales Representative to open new shipping accounts and grow our freight brokerage. You will own the front end of the sales pipeline, building targeted lead lists, making outbound calls, qualifying needs, and setting appointments to close new business.

A strong phone presence and experience in outbound sales are essential. You will work remotely, coordinating with the owner on rate quotes and maintaining lead trackers to drive growth.

Formación

• Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Confident, fluent spoken English with professional phone presence.
• Working knowledge of Apollo for prospecting and lead list building.
• Ability to handle objections, qualify needs, and steer conversations toward a close.
• Comfort making a high volume of daily outbound calls.
• Organized approach to pipeline and lead tracking.
• Capable, alert to detail, in a remote, hands-off setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and segment prospect and lead lists of shippers in Apollo.
• Place high-volume outbound calls to introduce our brokerage services.
• Qualify prospects by shipping lanes, freight volume, frequency, equipment needs, pain points.
• Set appointments and follow-up calls with qualified prospects.
• Close new business and convert shippers into active accounts.
• Coordinate with the owner on rate quotes and pricing negotiations.
• Send professional follow-up emails and recap messages to prospects.
• Maintain an accurate prospect/lead tracker with notes and next steps.
• Handle all prospect communication via company phone and email.
