Job summary

Go Lean Health seeks an organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support customer experience and daily business operations for a remote, US-based team. You will manage inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and CRM notes while coordinating outreach with schools and community partners.

The role combines customer support, lead management, marketing support, and administrative tasks, with overnight Manila hours aligned to Central Time. Prior VA or EA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English for professional calls, emails, follow-ups, and updates.
• Confident, approachable phone presence and willingness to speak with customers and partners.
• Experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or similar coordination role.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail across records and trackers.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and manage deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely with a US-based team.
• Proactive, with sound judgment and follow-through.
• Willing to learn new systems and document workflows.
• Availability for Tue-Sat US Central Time schedule (overnight in Manila).

Responsibilities

• Customer communications, booking support and follow-up to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Lead tracking, outreach and relationship coordination across schools, PTOs, daycares, and communities.
• Executive VA and business operations support including campaigns, calendars, scheduling, and vendor communications.
