Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's inbox, calendar, and scheduling across time zones.
• Draft responses and flag urgent matters; coordinate meetings with vendors.
• Maintain daily/weekly task lists and track deliverables for the CEO.
• Serve as central point of contact between CEO, teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate communications across Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack, and Teams.
