You will write Xactimate invoices within 24 hours of job completion for water, mold, and fire restoration, and compile documentation to submit to insurance carriers within 48 hours. You will conduct disciplined follow-ups on a fixed bi-weekly schedule to secure payment, and you will coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment across the claims process.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of property insurance claims and high-volume file management.
• Excellent customer service with proactive issue identification and collections.
• Highly organized and meets strict deadlines.
• Hands-on Xactimate estimating and sketching experience.
• Familiar with restoration platforms: DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, Jobber.
• Home office setup with reliable internet and VPN readiness.
