Job summary

AdminEdge is seeking an experienced Restoration / Xactimate Estimator to support our growing services for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects. This fully remote role requires working US business hours from EST time and collaborating with a US-based team.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of estimating experience, hands-on Xactimate skills, and the ability to organize supporting documentation, read scopes, photos, and measurements to produce complete, accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience for US-based companies.
• Hands-on experience with Xactimate.
• Experience estimating restoration, mitigation, reconstruction.
• Ability to read scopes, photographs, measurements, and related materials.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate.
• Develop estimates for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects.
• Review project scopes, photographs, measurements, notes, and supporting documentation.
• Enter line items, quantities, labor, materials, and other project details.
• Review estimates for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Assist with residential and commercial restoration estimates.
• Revise and update estimates as project information or scope changes.
• Help manage estimating volume and reduce backlog for the existing estimating team.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal team members when clarification is required regarding scope, documentation, or project details.
