Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking an experienced Xactimate specialist for a remote role. You will transform field notes, sketches, Matterport scans, and photos into precise property damage estimates and defendable line items within Xactimate.

You'll draft comprehensive supplement packages, organize moisture logs and photos for audits, and coordinate with insurance adjusters to accelerate approvals while ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years drafting mitigation and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate (X1 or Online).
• Xactimate certification is a plus.
• Deep understanding of restoration/construction terminology and IICRC standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for negotiations with adjusters.
• Comfort with industry tools and data management in CRM/estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Transform field notes, sketches, Matterport scans, and photos into accurate Xactimate estimates.
• Draft comprehensive, evidence-backed supplement packages for required project costs.
• Compile moisture logs, psychrometric data, and labeled field photos for audits.
• Proactively manage workflows and follow up with insurance adjusters to accelerate approvals.
