Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Estimator to act as a key financial and administrative resource for the Restoration department, supporting multiple projects from setup through closeout. You will manage budgets, billing, change orders, receivables, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on restoration insurance processes and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction accounting, restoration, project administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, margins, cost codes, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project budgets and takeoffs in Sage with proper cost codes and margins.
• Monitor project costs, contract values, and budget availability; identify and modify budgets as needed.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor billing, lien waivers, and payments ensuring timeliness.
• Process change orders for accuracy, maintain change order logs and documentations.
• Support WIP reporting and insurance billing related to ACV/RCV processes.
• Serve as finance resource for budgets, billing, and project margins.
