Qualifications

• Must remain professional under pressure during negotiations.
• Able to adapt strategies mid-conversation.
• Experience in sales, collections, or customer retention preferred.
• Willing to learn our Process Flow.

Responsibilities

• Pick Up the Phone: you will call adjusters to present findings and advocate for the scope of work.
• Verbal Jiu-Jitsu: explain why a valid line item should be paid when an adjuster denies it.
• Climb the Ladder: push back on stalls using estimator data to justify payment.
• Close the Loop: manage the file until final payment is issued and funded.
