Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to write complete and accurate Xactimate invoices for completed restoration jobs, including water, mold, and fire projects, within 24 hours of completion.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, compile supporting documentation, submit to insurance carriers within 48 hours, and conduct bi-weekly follow-ups to secure full payment while maintaining strict accuracy and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of property insurance claims.
• Ability to manage high volumes of active files with accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Xactimate estimating and sketching.
• Familiarity with restoration platforms: DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, or Jobber.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work securely on your own device, possibly via VPN.

Responsibilities

• Write complete and accurate Xactimate invoices within 24 hours of job completion.
• Compile supporting documentation including photos and moisture logs.
• Submit files to insurance carriers within 48 hours.
• Conduct disciplined claim follow-ups on a fixed, alternating bi-weekly schedule to secure payment.
• Reduce average days-to-payment across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align scope, documentation, and job status.
• Identify discrepancies and handle adjuster pushback.
• Reach out to clients to collect private payments.
