Job summary

Brightwheel is seeking a detail-oriented customer operations contractor to join our remote team. You will support our enterprise partners by configuring accounts, handling routine updates, and answering questions with accuracy and courtesy.

Working closely with us, you will follow SOPs, perform precise data entry, and identify recurring friction points to recommend process improvements. Strong English, independence, and ability to work across US time zones are essential.

Qualifications

Ability to follow step-by-step instructions with accuracy.
