Job summary

OpsArmy Careers is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Tech) for a remote role operating during US business hours (EST–PST). You will be the first line for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer education for a growing SaaS/fintech platform, handling technical support requests via email, chat, and Slack.

You will triage tickets, identify root causes, and coordinate with Success, Engineering, Product, and Ops to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a SaaS or fintech support role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues clearly.
• Experience with ERP systems and payment-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex support issues via email, chat, and Slack with fast, accurate responses.
• Triage, prioritize tickets, and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot invoicing, payments, and integrations (ERP/payments).
• Identify recurring issues and provide insights to Product/Engineering.
• Create self-service content and contribute to internal playbooks.
