The position is remote, aligning with USA EST hours (Wed-Sun). Requires strong English skills and a reliable home office setup; no phone calls are involved.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing lead, purchase, billing, and order records for accuracy.
• Experience managing client communication through shared email and text.
• Experience updating records across a CRM, payment platform, or workflow system.
• Strong professional English communication skills.
• Own a professional workstation with webcam, headset, and reliable internet (25 Mbps+).

Responsibilities

• Review paid B2B leads, resolve lead errors, and verify purchases from discovery visits are recorded correctly.
• Monitor Google Voice voicemails and the shared client inbox, respond through text or email, and escalate issues to the CSM team when needed.
• Process incoming B2B refund requests, keep the related records accurate, and flag unresolved billing or client issues.
