Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to own the recurring execution-level work that keeps the business running daily. You will handle internal requests, access provisioning, and vendor coordination, ensuring everything stays in order.

The role is hands-on, requires following established processes, and clear written English communication. You will support a US-based team remotely from the Philippines, with emphasis on reliability and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles.
• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Experience administering SaaS tools or Google Workspace as an admin.
• Experience supporting a US-based team remotely.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for internal requests and route as needed.
• Track requests through to completion and follow up.
• Maintain logs to spot recurring issues and drive fixes.
• Set up new team members with accounts, logins, and permissions on day one.
• Remove access promptly when departures occur and verify no open items.
• Manage user, group, and shared drive permissions in Google Workspace.
• Maintain inventory of software, seats, and costs.
• Track renewal dates and process cancellations or seat adjustments.
• Place orders for supplies, equipment, and services and track delivery.
