Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication for phone, email and chat.
• Analytical problem-solving approach to troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and standard office apps.
• Strong time management to close tickets within defined timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 inquiries across phone, email, and live chat within SLA.
• Track and fulfill customer reward orders promptly.
• Apply policies and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ticket statuses.
• Assist team lead with basic admin and ad hoc operational tasks.
