Job summary

Clipboard Health is seeking a B2B Client Support Specialist (Workplace) to be the frontline for our workplace customers. This is not a traditional call center role; you will proactively solve issues, prevent churn, and ensure a seamless experience across voice and email.

Open to all experience levels, no specific degree required. You will use Zendesk and our Clipboard portal, collaborate with Billing and Account Management, and uphold ultra-fast ownership standards in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• This is primarily a voice-based role, with emails as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support to workplace customers across voice and email.
• Navigate Zendesk and the Clipboard portal to investigate cases and log clear internal notes.
• Apply sound judgment and escalate only when necessary.
• Develop deep product/process expertise to identify recurring issues and improve operations.
• Work cross-functionally with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to resolve issues.
• Uphold values of unreasonably fast, ownership, and high standards in every interaction.
