JC360, an Azure-native Workforce Intelligence Platform, is expanding in the Philippine market and seeks an Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive. You will drive new business with enterprise customers, engage C-level and IT decision-makers, and own end-to-end sales cycles to deliver measurable value.

You will manage a regional pipeline, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with partners to close deals. The role offers remote work flexibility within the Philippines and strong performance-based

Qualificações

• 4+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or equivalent.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and executive-level engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and close new enterprise sales opportunities in the Philippines.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Engage with C-level executives, Operations leaders, HR professionals, and IT decision-makers.
• Understand customer business challenges and demonstrate how JC360 can deliver measurable business value.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline and develop effective strategies for generating new business.
• Develop relationships with enterprise customers and relevant business partners.
