Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, engaging senior and C-level stakeholders while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to tailor AI-powered SaaS solutions to client needs.

This role supports remote work based in Manila, with occasional on-site client meetings.

Qualifications

7–12 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience selling enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
Proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycles of 6 months or longer and USD 100k+ deals.
Fluent in Tagalog and English.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Willingness to travel for occasional on-site client meetings.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Engage senior and C-level stakeholders and understand their business requirements.
Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Identify opportunities through outbound and inbound strategies.
Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
Maintain accurate CRM, provide forecasts and deal updates.
