Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to drive new enterprise growth across Southeast Asia. The role covers prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing, working remotely from Manila with global enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales to tailor AI-powered SaaS solutions, manage long sales cycles, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field
• 2–5+ years in B2B sales or business development in enterprise SaaS/tech
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles (6+ months) with USD 100,000+ deals
• Proven track record from prospecting through negotiation and closing
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management
• Fluent English and local language proficiency; remote work capable
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize potential enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders and understand business needs
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Present AI-powered SaaS and enterprise tech solutions tailored to client goals
• Develop customized sales materials based on local market dynamics
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates
• Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales for smooth onboarding
• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing value creation
• Monitor market trends and opportunities within AI, SaaS and digital tech
