Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth across Southeast Asia. You will identify enterprise accounts, engage senior stakeholders, and manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a remote capacity based from Manila.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record in long cycles, complex deals, and AI-enabled platforms. Remote work is supported within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Proven experience managing long enterprise sales cycles (6 months+).
• Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong experience engaging with mid-to-senior-level enterprise stakeholders.
• Understanding of consultative selling, pipeline management, and enterprise sales strategies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools or SaaS platforms with embedded AI features.
• Experience selling to CPG/FMCG/retail or other enterprise verticals is advantageous.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building and BD skills.
• Self-driven, independent and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize potential enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders and understand business needs.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Present and position AI-powered SaaS and enterprise solutions.
• Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM updates.
• Provide visibility on pipeline, deals, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing and Pre-Sales for smooth execution.
• Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients and ongoing value creation.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities in AI, SaaS and digital tech.
