Job summary

Wing is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team immediately. You will handle English and Mandarin inquiries, prepare pricing and order details, send invoices, and support scheduling from a home setup.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in customer service, strong English/Mandarin communication, and proficiency with CRM/VoIP tools. This is a 100% work-from-home role with varied US hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive & confident with keen attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Handle English- and Mandarin-speaking customer inquiries, calls, messages, and CRM records.
• Prepare/review estimates, product details, pricing, and glass/order information.
• Send invoices, collect deposits, follow up with customers, coordinate approvals, and support scheduling.
