Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Mandarin Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. This remote role will serve Mandarin-speaking customers and bilingual English-speaking users, handling chat, email, and phone support during US business hours.

You will diagnose issues, guide users through platform features, and contribute to knowledge bases while participating in product testing. 1–5 years in similar roles is ideal; a background in payroll or HR software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• 1–5 years in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles.
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of payroll or HR products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Mandarin and English-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Diagnose issues, guide users through Workstream features, and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and participate in product testing.
• Maintain professional, empathetic customer interactions and meet service metrics.
