Job summary

Wing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve concerns, and build trust with customer accounts while ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements include at least 1 year in CSR (B2 English), strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and VoIP. Ability to work night shifts and stay tech‑savvy is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive & confident with keen attention to details.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process and update customer accounts and file documents.
