Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Mandarin required with strong communication skills.
• 2–6 years of leadership in operations and customer support.
• Experience in telecom or IT services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer support and operations team to improve processes for telecom customers.
• Act as the point of contact for Mandarin and English escalations, ensuring high service standards.
• Enhance internal dashboards to streamline workflows and improve visibility across teams.
• Collaborate with the US-based VP of Customer Support, engineers and CX teammates.
• Refine SOPs, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance across procedures.
• Leverage ZoHo, Intercom CX and Google Sheets to support operations.
